Booth Information

Reserve your booth: One-half of the total booth(s) cost is due when submitting your Exhibit Space Contract and to hold booth assignments. Booths are reserved on a first come, first-served basis. We encourage prospective exhibitors to visit our virtual floor plan or call the COPSWEST office at (916) 263-5525 to inquire about available booth space.

Faxed Exhibit Space Contracts are acceptable, but must be accompanied by credit card information. Be sure to read the rules and sign the Exhibit Space Contract.

Exhibit Booth Space: Approximately 480 exhibit booths are available. Each booth rental includes: 

  1. 10’ x 10’ space with draped 8’ high back wall and 3’ high side rails and carpet
  2. professional one or two line company name sign  
  3. security from move-in through move-out 
  4. listing of company name, address, phone and booth number in the on-site show program
  5. your company name and booth number on the COPSWEST website (virtual floor plan)
  6. aisle cleaning 
  7. 5 complimentary badges per booth for company representatives, each additional one is $5 each 
  8. 20 complimentary tradeshow entrance passes for your preferred client and more as requested

Pricing:
$980 - First booth
$885 - Second booth
$835 each - Third or additional booths
End caps and corner booths are at an additional premium

A deposit of one-half of your total booth(s) cost must accompany your Exhibit Space Contract if application is made prior to January 30, 2008. Full booth payment must be made by June 30, 2008. Contracts submitted after this date must be accompanied by full payment for all booths being reserved.

If you will be exhibiting a vehicle, you must reserve a minimum of two booths. If you will be exhibiting an oversized vehicle, please contact show management for special accommodations.

Cancellation Policy: In the event an exhibitor must cancel participation in COPSWEST, refunds will be made as follows: if cancellation is made prior to June 30, 2008, a full refund minus $250 processing fee will be issued. After June 30, 2008, no refund will be issued.
